Volunteering at La Mothe Chandeniers

I lodged here while I volunteered to help restore La Mothe Chandeniers and few miles away.Located in the Loire Valley, the Château de Ternay, dating from the 15th century, stands in the middle of a 45-hectare park with a swimming pool and hundred-year-old trees. It offers a badminton court and guided tours of the castle.
As a child I could never have imagined I would ever get the opportunity to stay in a real live castle. It was a wonderful experience staying at the Chateau de Ternay
Each room has period furniture, wooden floors and an original fireplace.
Chateau de Ternay. Yeah Im pretty sure this place is haunted
Tower located in Loudun. It dominates the city and its territory. It consisted of three floors separated by floors; the upper floor with a stone vault not visible from the foot of the Tower,In the 15th century it was enclosed in the buildings of the Royal Palace. In the seventeenth century, it was saved in extremis during the demolition, at the request of Richelieu Castle to mark the victory of the Kingdom against strongholds Protestant.https://www.ville-loudun.fr/decouvrir-loudun-1/monuments-loudun/la-tour-carree-loudun-vienne
